Return & Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation
We accept order cancellations within 14 days after purchase, as long as the product has not yet been shipped.
Please note:
within 24 hours of purchase.
within the 14-day cancellation period and before the order has been shipped, your order will be fully canceled and refunded.

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
original packaging.
receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Before returning your product, please contact our customer service to confirm return eligibility and get assistance.

Exceptions

Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the status of your refund request.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original method of payment within several business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
