Do I need a membership to use Yesoul's screen casting feature?
No, no membership is required for screen casting. You can stream content from the Yesoul app to your TV or other devices without being a member. However, a membership unlocks more content, such as live and on-demand courses, that would enhance your screen casting experience.
Do I need cycling shoes to use the Yesoul G1M series?
YESOUL bikes are equipped with standard pedals that are compatible with most sports shoes. If desired, they can be replaced by special bicycle pedals (e.g. SPD pedals).
Is this bike good for spinning classes? Can I get up while driving?
Yes, the bicycle frame is made of commercial steel and is very stable. The triangular stable structure combined with the "H" shaped base design provides additional stability when driving, even at higher body weights. It also has toe supports that keep your feet securely in place.
How easy is it to move the bike?
With the help of transport wheels, even a slim lady can easily move the heavy, high-performance smart fitness bike.

Which sensor is integrated: a speed sensor or a performance sensor? (it is used for use with twice). what model is the battery in the sensor?
Our sensor is a power sensor, and the battery model is the button cell CR2477. If you have any further questions about our fitness bike, please let me know.
How long does management, shipping and delivery take?
All orders are shipped from our local warehouses. Please note that orders will be shipped within 2-7 working days and delivered within 7-15 working days, depending on your location.
